She joined Caldwell as a Consultant in 2015, and has focused on the legal, risk and regulatory oversight space. In her new role, she will continue to work in legal, risk & compliance, and look to expand Caldwell's reach in that function into existing and new sectors such as financial services, RegTech, medical device and pharmaceuticals. Ms. Sheridan joined Caldwell Partners from CTPartners in 2015. She holds a BS in psychology from the State University of New York in Geneseo. \n\nLiz Bernich has significant experience recruiting executives within the financial services arena, and functional expertise placing marketing/fundraising, financial and operational officers as well as investment executives. In her new role, she will work to apply her expertise to the help expand Caldwell's existing presence within investment management and private equity. Ms. Bernich joined Caldwell in 2009, upon the firm's acquisition of Cromwell Partners.
