(TSX: CWL) today announced that\n Todd Bennett has joined the firm as a Partner in the Industrial and\n Private Equity practices, focusing on recruiting senior executives in\n the transportation, distribution and logistics industry, as well as\n senior operators at private equity- and venture-backed companies.\n\n\n\"Todd is one of the most thoughtful executives I know, and he leverages\n his considerable business strength with plain old-fashioned hard work\n to create amazing results,\" said Dave Winston, leader of the firm's\n Industrial Practice. \"I've known Todd for over five years and have\n always been struck by his responsiveness, both in terms of speed and\n content. He will become a strong force for growth and change in the\n recruiting industry in short order.\"\n\n\nPrior to joining the executive search industry, Mr. Bennett was a\n hands-on executive with a history of creating and executing strategies\n that increased enterprise value, improved customer relations, reduced\n operating costs, and led to sustained growth and successful exits. His\n last two endeavors resulted in unsolicited offers at least 50% above\n industry norms.\n\n\nMr. Bennett's early career was spent in the consulting industry; he\n became a partner at Mercer Oliver Wyman, and also spent 4 years at\n technology leader Accenture. He has led high value strategy consulting\n engagements on four continents and has created billions of dollars of\n value for a global list of clients.
