[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n23 June 2025\n \nCake Box Holdings plc\n(\"Cake Box\" or the \"Company\")\n \nUpdate on Timing of Results\n \n \nCake Box Holdings plc (AIM: CBOX) announces an update regarding the timing of the publication of its preliminary financial results for the year to 30 March 2025.\n \nThe financial year-end audit process is well advanced but the Group's auditor, MHA Audit Services LLP, has informed the Company that a small amount of additional time is required to complete its standard audit procedures. The additional required time is due to it being the first audit following the Company's acquisition of Ambala Foods Limited which completed shortly before the year end.\n \nAccordingly, the Group will now announce its results for the year ended 30 March 2025 on Tuesday 15 July 2025.
