[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 0694A\n Cake Box Holdings PLC\n 25 September 2020\n \n \n \n \n 25 September 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n Cake Box Holdings plc\n \n \n (\"Cake Box\" or the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Update on AGM Arrangements\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Cake Box Holdings plc, the specialist retailer of fresh cream cakes, today announces an update on the arrangements for its AGM to be held on 6 October 2020 as set out in its announcement on 8 September 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company confirms that the emergency G\n overnmental legislation (The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020) relating to the holding of and attendance at shareholder meetings has been extended to 30 December 2020 and therefore now covers the Company's AGM to be held on 6 October 2020. \n \n \n \n \n \n Accordingly, Cake Box confirms shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person. This exclusion will include proxies and corporate representatives. In addition, the only business to be carried out at the AGM will be the usual ordinary business of such a meeting.
