Cairn Homes plc has announced changes to its Board Committees effective January 1, 2026, following the retirement of Non-Executive Director Giles Davies after ten years of service. Linda Hickey will join the Nomination Committee and chair the Remuneration Committee, while Julie Sinnamon will join the Remuneration Committee and chair the Nomination Committee. Orla O’Connor will assume workforce engagement responsibilities. All committees will remain wholly independent.
