PROPERTY ACQUISITION

Caffyns plc ("the Company") announces that it has exchanged contracts with Westcott Leach Limited for the purchase of a freehold site adjacent to its existing Volkswagen dealership in Eastbourne, West Sussex, for £750,000. The site of 0.77 acres includes a commercial building of approximately 10,000 square feet. When added to the Company's existing site of 1.3 acres, this further site will enable the Company to increase the scale of its sales and aftersales operations of this important franchise. Completion will take place on 10 January 2014 and the consideration is payable in cash.
