(OTC PINK: FOFU) (the \"Company\"), fka Force Fuels, Inc., a national brand builder focused on the build out of a national brand in recreational and medical marijuana, is pleased to announce that it has closed an agreement for the re-branding of Golden State CBD Inc., a medical marijuana dispensary located in Vista, California.\n Golden State CBD Inc. is estimated to do approximately $2 million in revenue next year. Under the terms of the licensing agreement, Café Serendipity is to receive a percentage of the sales.\n Media Relations for Golden State CBD Inc.
