Further details and the accompanying Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders on or before 21 May 2021 and become available on the website.\n \n \n Legislation and government guidance in the United Kingdom relating to COVID-19, though now less restrictive, continues to present practical challenges to public gatherings. As a result, and so as to ensure that shareholders who wish to are able to follow the AGM proceedings, the Company will provide access online.
