[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n14 September 2023\nCritical Mineral Resources PLC\n('CMR' or the 'Company')\nIncreased Shareholding\nCritical Mineral Resources plc (LON:CMRS), the exploration and development company focused on clean energy commodities, notes that its major shareholder Jason Cropper has agreed to acquire 4,240,987 CMR shares from Indo-European Mining PR Ltd, a Cyprus based company and one of two buyers of CMR's Cyprus Assets.\n \nThis takes Mr Cropper's shareholding to 12,046,987 Ordinary Shares which equates to 23.8% of CMR's total voting rights (50,525,945*) and 19.7% of total shares in issue (61,211,258).\n \n*the Company holds 10,685,313 ordinary shares in treasury and is not permitted to exercise the voting rights attached to these shares.
