Application has been made to the on the AIM market (\"AIM\") of London Stock Exchange plc (\"LSE\") and to the AQSE Growth Market (\"AQSE\") operated by Aquis Exchange Plc for the Ordinary Shares (\"Admission\"). Admission is expected to occur on or around 12 November 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n Following Admission, the Company will have 144,719,053 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury.
