("Tiex" or the "Company") (TSX-V: TIX) is pleased to announce that Dr. Scott Jobin-Bevans (Ph.D., P.Geo.), has\n accepted the position of Chairman of the Board.\n\n\nScott joined the Board of Directors of the Company on January 21, 2011. \n Scott has a B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. from the University of Manitoba and\n a Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario. He is the former\n President and Director of Treasury Metals Inc. and the Director and\n Founding Partner of Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc.  \n Presently he is a Director and President of the Prospectors &\n Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). Scott has worked with an\n impressive and long list of companies that has given him international\n credentials that are uncommon in his field.\n\n\nHe has the proven ability to take a company from conception to\n multi-million dollar advanced exploration and has valuable experience\n in raising and managing risk capital.
