("Tiex" or the "Company") (TSX-V: TIX) is pleased to announce the following Company Management and Board of\n Directors changes:\n\n\nMr. Kenneth D. Faulkner has been elevated to the President and CEO from\n V.P. Corporate Development.\n\n\nMr. Ernest Bergvinson has resigned as Director, President and CEO of the\n Company.  Mr. Bergvinson will become a consultant and a member of the\n Advisory Committee for the Company.\n\n\nMr. John Buckle P. Geo. has resigned as Director and qualified person as\n defined by NI 43-101, (Q.P.), for the Company. John will be a valuable\n addition to the Company as a consultant.\n\n\nMr. Stephen Wetherup B.Sc. P. Geo., of Caracle Creek International\n Consulting Inc. (CCIC) has assumed all geological and Q.P. duties. Mr.\n Wetherup will become a member of the Advisory Committee for the\n Company.\n\n\nMr. Scott Jobin-Bevans Ph. D., P. Geo., has joined the Board of\n Directors.  Mr. Jobin-Bevans has a B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. from the\n University of Manitoba and a Ph.D. from the University of Western\n Ontario.
