Subject to the result of the Court Hearing, set for 12\nSeptember 2007, the board of AFR intends to recommend a dividend of 0.2p per\nordinary share payable to shareholders on the register on 21 September 2007 at\nthe next meeting of the Board following completion of the Court process.
