The Group announces the debut of a pioneering real estate feature, 'The Nerve Centre,' at Informa's show Anticipate London 2024, at the ExCeL Centre on the 2^nd to the 4^th of December 2024. This is a revolutionary concept, developed in a collaboration between Vanti, a leader in master systems integration, and renowned architectural design firm Aukett Swanke.

Introducing the 100-Year Chassis: A Vision for Sustainable, Future-Ready Spaces

The 100-Year Chassis is a highly durable and adaptable structural framework conceived by Aukett Swanke, designed to support a wide range of uses over multiple decades. The 100-Year Chassis addresses the evolving needs of modern property design by providing a flexible and sustainable foundation for spaces that adapt to changing demands by considering usable volume rather than floor area.
