[{"type":"text","content":"\n Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group PLC\n18 July 2007\n\nFor immediate release\n\n\nAukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc ('AFR' or the 'Company')\n\n\nNotice of EGM\n\n\nOn Friday 8 June 2007, the Board announced in the interim statement an intention\nto seek shareholders' approval to reduce the capital of the Company to allow the\nresumption of dividend payments. The Company today dispatched a circular to\nshareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to\nconsider the necessary resolutions to give effect to the reduction (the \n'Reduction Scheme').\n\nThe Extraordinary General Meeting is to be held at 9.30am on Friday 10 August\n2007 at 14 Devonshire Street, London W1G 7AE.\n\nTo be valid proxies must be returned to the Company's registrars no later than\n9.30am on Wednesday 8 August 2007. The voting record date is 6.00pm on Tuesday \n7 August 2007.
