The proceeds from the exercise\nof the options are some £34,255.\n\n\n\nFollowing the exercise of options referred to above the number of issued\nordinary shares in AFR is 145,618,693.\n\n\n\nOf the options exercised, 31,354 exercisable at 8.75p per share belonged to\nPatrick Carter, a director of AFR. Following the exercise Patrick Carter holds\n463,479 shares, representing 0.3% of the total shares in issue. The other\noptions were exercised by certain directors of principal trading companies.\n\n\n\nApplication will be made for the 797,030 new ordinary shares to be admitted to\ntrading on AIM.
