Built Cybernetics plc announced that Chief Executive Nick Clark and his spouse, Siobhan Robinson, a Person Closely Associated, conducted a series of on-market share transactions on December 11, 2025. Nick Clark sold a total of 1,160,000 ordinary shares at prices between 1.993p and 2.000p, immediately repurchasing them into his SSAS and SIPP pensions. Siobhan Robinson sold 1,700,000 ordinary shares at 2.000p and repurchased them into her SSAS pension.
