[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 8 December 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Aukett Swanke Group Plc\n \n \n \n (\"Aukett Swanke\", the \"Company\", or, together with its subsidiaries, the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n Board Changes\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Aukett Swanke Group Plc\n is pleased to announce the following board changes:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Group Chief Executive Officer\n \n \n \n As announced on 30 March 2022, Nicholas Thompson, who has been a director of the Group for 28 years, of which 17 years have been as Group Chief Executive Officer, will retire as Chief Executive Officer and stand down from the Board on 31 December 2022.\n \n \n \n \n \n From 1 January 2023, Robert Fry, currently an Executive Director on the Board and the Managing Director of the Group's international businesses, will become Chief Executive Officer. Robert has 35 years' experience in the industry, with 17 years at executive level, and has been with the Group for the past nine years.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Non-Executive Chairman\n \n \n \n The Group is also pleased to announce that Clive Carver, who has been an independent non-executive director since May 2019, has been appointed Independent Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
