Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

Aukett Swanke Group plc (AIM: AUK), the UK-listed Smart Buildings Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Freddie Jenner FCCA to the Board as Chief Operating Officer, with immediate effect.

Freddie joined the finance team at what is now Torpedo Factory Ltd in 2007, becoming Finance Director of the parent company Torpedo Factory Group Limited ("TFG") when he qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 2012. He was instrumental in driving growth in value of TFG through acquisitions and upgrading systems and processes over the following decade, prior to the acquisition of TFG by the Group in March 2023.

He will bring his strong financial skills to bear in evaluating which prospective acquisitions to progress, and will have operational oversight of those businesses that are brought into the Group."

All the above directorships are (or were) in connection to Freddie's directorship of Torpedo Factory Group Limited.

Together with his wife, Freddie holds a total of 6,064,817 shares in the Company, representing 2.20% of the Company's total issued share capital. This holding is included within a Concert Party holding of 89,159,484 shares, representing 32.38% of the Company's issued share capital. Freddie also holds 3,700,000 options in the Company.
