[{"type":"text","content":"\n Aukett Group PLC\n28 February 2006\n\n\nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 28 February 2006\n\n\n AUKETT GROUP plc ('Aukett' or the 'Company')\n\n REPORT AND ACCOUNTS\n NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ('AGM')\n CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS\n NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ('EGM')\n\nThe Company announces that it has, today, posted to shareholders the annual\nreport and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2005, together with a\ncircular containing details of the proposed cancellation of the Company's\nlisting on the Official List and admission of its shares to AIM.\n\nThe proposed cancellation and admission is subject to the passing of a special\nresolution to be proposed at the EGM to be held on 23 March 2006 at the offices\nof Aukett, 14 Devonshire Street, London W1G 7AE at 12.05 am or so soon\nthereafter as the AGM convened for the same date and place shall have been\nconcluded, and notice of which is set out in the circular.\n\nIf the resolution is passed, cancellation of the listing on the Official List\nwill take effect not less than 20 business days after the date of the EGM and it\nis expected that such cancellation and admission to AIM will occur on or around\n24 April 2006.\n\nThe annual report and accounts and the circular will shortly be available for\ninspection by the public at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility\nwhich is situated at:\n\nFinancial Services Authority\n25 The North Colonnade\nCanary Wharf\nLondon E14 5HS.\n\n\n This information is provided by RNS\n The company news service from the London Stock Exchange\n \n ","length":1803,"tagName":"div"}]
