Buccaneer Energy (AIM:BUCE), the international oil & gas exploration and production company with development and production assets in Texas, USA, announces that it will issue 142,499,999 shares to Roast PR Ltd and Visitz Ltd at a share price of 0.0018p to as consideration for media related services.

 

Application for Admission and Total Voting Rights

An application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the additional 142,499,999 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"); it is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 12 September 2025.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that on issue of the Additional Fundraise Shares and following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital will comprise 11,491,846,616 Ordinary Shares.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  Therefore, following Admission, the above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
