Nomad Resignation and Suspension\n \n \nThe Company announces that it has been served notice of its nominated adviser, Sanlam Securities UK Limited's (\"Sanlam\"), intention to cease its nominated adviser and small cap broking activities. Consequently, Sanlam will cease to be the Company's nominated adviser from 15 March 2016.
