[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8438P Nostra Terra Oil & Gas Company PLC 07 October 2013 \n \n\nAIM: NTOG\n7 October 2013\n \nNostra Terra Oil and Gas Company plc\n(\"Nostra Terra\" or the \"Company\")\n \nIncrease in Director Holdings\n \nFurther to the announcements of 29 June and 23 October 2012, Nostra Terra, the AIM quoted oil and gas producer with projects in the USA, announces that on 4 October 2013 Matt Lofgran, Chief Executive Officer, received from YA Global Master SPV Ltd (\"YA Global\") 83,956,296 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\"). On 23 October Mr Lofgran loaned 155,000,000 Ordinary Shares to YA Global (\"Loaned Shares\").
