[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1930W Nostra Terra Oil & Gas Company PLC 25 January 2012 \n\nAIM: NTOG\n25 January 2012\n \n \nNostra Terra Oil and Gas Company plc\n(\"Nostra Terra\" or the \"Company\")\n \nGrant of Share Options and Directors' Dealings\n \nNostra Terra, the AIM-quoted oil and gas producer with projects in the USA, announces that the Board has today granted options (\"Options\") to directors over 38,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each (\"Ordinary Shares\"), representing 1.95 per cent of the current issued share capital, under the authority granted at the Company's AGM on 30 June 2011.\n \nThe Options are eligible for exercise until 25 January 2017. The exercise price per share for all Options granted is 0.41p, the closing middle market price of the shares as at 24 January 2012. \n \nThe 38,000,000 options have been granted to the directors as follows:\n \n \n\n\n\n\nDirector\n\n\nNo. of Ordinary Shares \nSubject to Option\n\n\n\n\nMatthew Lofgran\n\n\n14,000,000\n\n\n\n\nAlden McCall\n\n\n14,000,000\n\n\n\n\nSir Adrian Blennerhassett\n\n\n4,000,000\n\n\n\n\nStephen Oakes\n\n\n6,000,000\n\n\n\n\n \nThe Company has also been informed that Mr Alden McCall, Chief Operating Officer, has made a purchase of 800,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.41 pence per share.
