These new Ordinary Shares have been admitted to trading and result in the Company's issued share capital being 727,520,534 Ordinary Shares.\n \n \n As at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 727,520,534 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1p each, with voting rights (\"Ordinary Shares\").
