[{"type":"text","content":"\n Begbies Traynor Group PLC\n22 June 2007\n\n\n\nRNS Reach Release\n\n\n22 June 2007\n\n Begbies Traynor Group plc\n Launch of BTG Commercial Finance\n\n\nBegbies Traynor Group plc, ('Begbies Traynor' or 'the Group') (AIM: BEG) the AIM\nlisted specialist professional services group, has formed BTG Commercial\nFinance, a new national broking business.\n\nThe new business to business finance brokerage will be made up of teams working\nfrom a number of Begbies Traynor offices across the UK offering services\nnationwide.\n\nThe division will initially focus on the invoice finance market, a sector which\noffers the opportunity for reciprocal referrals for both the Insolvency and\nCorporate Finance divisions. Additionally, BTG Commercial Finance will provide\nbroking services for a range of asset, transactional and equity based finance.\n\nAs well as building on and developing existing relationships held with the\nGroup's traditional market, BTG Commercial Finance will aim to generate new\nleads for banks and finance houses offering a range of business finance\nfacilities.\n\nBTG Commercial Finance will be headed up by John Landers who has over 25 years'\nexperience in the invoice finance industry. He joins Begbies Traynor Group from\nhis previous position as Sales Director with IGF Invoice Finance Ltd.\n\n\nRic Traynor, Executive Chairman of Begbies Traynor Group, commented:\n\n'We are excited by the launch of BTG Commercial Finance and welcoming John\nLanders to the team.
