(the \"\n \n Underwriters\n \n \") to issue to the public, subject to regulatory approval, on a bought deal basis 6,791,000 trust units (the \"\n \n Units\n \n \") at a price of\n \n $4.05\n \n per Unit for gross proceeds of approximately\n \n $27.5 million\n \n . The REIT has granted the Underwriters an over-allotment option exercisable in whole or in part at any time up to 30 days after closing to purchase up to an additional 1,018,650 Units at the same offering price.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to repay amounts outstanding under the acquisition credit facility, fund the REIT's future acquisitions and for general trust purposes.\n \n \n The REIT will file with the securities commissions and other similar regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of\n \n Canada\n \n a short form preliminary prospectus relating to the offering of the Units on or about\n \n April 14, 2021\n \n .
