American Seniors Association Holding Group, Inc. Announces change of Officers and Directors, Moves Association Headquarters to Florida

 

Bradenton FL, June 8, 2015 – American Seniors Association Holding Group, Inc. (AMSA.PK) announced today that Loretta Higgins and John Higginbotham have resigned from their respective positions at AMSA as of May 5, 2015 and prior to resigning have elected Mr.'s Paul Cornell as Chief  Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board and Mark D. Wingate as President and Board Member. Carlos Ryerson was elected as Corporate Secretary and remains a member of the Board. Mr. Ryerson will also act as Corporate Counsel going forward.

In other news the Company announced the corporate headquarters of the organization have been moved to Bradenton Florida. The company's new address is 353 6th Avenue West, Bradenton FL 34205.
