Kaufman Esq.\nappeared on behalf of the Current Board of Directors, Loretta Higgins, John\nHigginbotham and Carlos Ryerson in the United States District Court for the\nNorthern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division, where oral arguments were heard\nby the Chief Judge Thomas W. Thrash, Jr. on a Temporary Restraining Order filed\nby former President of American Seniors Association Holding Group, Inc.\nOTC:AMSA. Mr. Ryan was seeking to have himself restored as President and former\nDirector Randy Nichols restored as Director. After oral arguments Mr. Ryan’s Motion\nwas DENIED. \n\nThe current Officers and Directors\nof AMSA Higgins, Higginbotham and Ryerson shall remain in office and the\noperations of AMSA shall remain in Houston, Texas. There is a special shareholders meeting called for September 23, 2014\nat 2:30 pm at the Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway Hotel at 2020 Convention\nCenter Concourse in Atlanta, Georgia for the purpose of electing either the\nexisting board and keeping it at three Directors or Mr. Randy Nichols and\ntaking the board back down to one Director. The Notice of Meeting Biographies\nof the Directors and Proxies can all be found on the Company’s website\nwww.americanseniors.org\n\nMr. Kaufman stated, “this was a victory for the shareholders of\nAMSA and we look forward to the Shareholders Meeting so the Company can move\nforward and focus on senior advocacy and letting its conservative voice be\nheard during these pivotal mid-term elections.” When asked which elections\nspecifically would have the biggest impact on our Nation’s Seniors Kaufman\nreplied “With the Senate up for grabs these battleground states will determine\ndirection of our Nation, specifically Healthcare, the Economy and the growing\nthreat to our National Security all of which are pivotal to our nations\nseniors.”\n\nAmerican Seniors wanted to thank\nlaw enforcement, firefighters and first responders on this meaningful date in\nour Nation’s History. “We are pleased by the local events nationwide honoring\nour heroes who still stand ready on the front lines at home our police, fire\nand Emergency Medical Personal.
