Appointment of new CFO and opening London Office

BSF Enterprise Plc is pleased to announce the immediate appointment of Graham Duncan as CFO of the Company (the "Board").

Graham is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years' capital markets experience. He also holds the Corporate Finance Diploma issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
