Excelsior Solutions Corporation has adjusted its year end from June 30 to December 31 effective immediately.

The company has decided to bring its year end in to line with the year ends of its subsidiaries to make for easier analysis for shareholders and to simplify the accounting processes.

This will have no material effect on the company or its operations.
