Touchstone was acquired in April of 2021.More importantly Excelsior’s subsidiaries – Integral Transfer Agency Inc., Integral Transfer Agency USA, Inc., Touchstone International Business Services Ltd. all experienced significant increases in sales revenue.Mr. Kim Moore, Excelsior’s director, explained the increase in sales revenue to a revived interest in companies listing on stock exchanges and having a full-time dedicated sales team.
