Modifications to the Board of Directors

MONTREAL, Sept. 15, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - Komet Manufacturers Inc. (TSXV: AQD) ("Komet") announces the resignations of Messrs. Claude R. Charron, Michel Baril and Robert Ayotte as directors. Komet wishes to thank them for their valuable insight and contribution since the very beginning of the company.

Subject to the approval of the regulatory authorities, Mr. Michel Lebeuf has accepted to act as director until the next annual meeting of shareholders.
