This transaction comes on the heels of\n \n BRP's decision to sell its Marine businesses\n \n to double down on its core Powersports activities, enhancing its position for long-term success.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \"Today marks another key step in our process to sell our Marine businesses.
