LOUISVILLE, Ky., August 28, 2025--Brown-Forman Corporation (NYSE: BFA, BFB) reported financial results for its first quarter of fiscal 2026, ended July 31, 2025, with net sales decreasing 3%1 to $924 million (+1% on an organic basis2) compared to the same prior-year period. Operating income decreased 7% to $260 million (+2% on an organic basis) and diluted earnings per share decreased 13% to $0.36.
