[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nBrooks Macdonald Group Plc\n(\"Brooks Macdonald\" or the \"Company\")\n \nGrant of SAYE Options\nBrooks Macdonald announces that as part of its approved Save As You Earn (\"SAYE\") Scheme the following options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each (\"Ordinary Shares\") in the Company were granted on 13 May 2025.\nA total of 237 employees, including two PDMRs, have applied to participate in the Company's 2025 SAYE Scheme (\"2025 SAYE\"), resulting in the grant of options to subscribe for an aggregate of 174,677 Ordinary Shares (\"2025 SAYE Options\").\nThe 2025 SAYE Options each have an exercise price of £11.56, calculated in accordance with the rules of the 2025 SAYE. This represents a discount of 20% to the mid-market closing price on 16 April 2025, being the last practicable day prior to the invitation being made to all eligible employees to participate in the 2025 SAYE.
