Grant of Save As You Earn Options
Brooks Macdonald Group Plc has granted options to 111 employees under its 2026 Save As You Earn Scheme, allowing them to subscribe for an aggregate of 65,804 ordinary shares at an exercise price of £11.42 per share. This exercise price represents a 20% discount to the average mid-market closing price prior to the invitation to participate, and the options can be exercised from June 1, 2029, for a six-month period. This represents a discount of 20% to the average mid-market closing price for the three days up to and including 15 April 2026, being the last practicable day prior to the invitation being made to all eligible employees to participate in the 2026 SAYE.
