Prior to that, Ms. Kent Kershaw held senior roles at Prudential M&G, having started her career at NatWest Bank and Scotia Capital.\n \n \n Commenting on the appointment, Alan Carruthers, Chairman of Brooks Macdonald, said: \n \n \n \"I am delighted to welcome Dagmar to the Board.
