An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to take place at 8am on 11 August 2023.\n \nFollowing this allotment, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 16,432,861. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 16,432,861.
