Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: BKD) ("Brookdale" or the "Company") today confirmed that it has received notice from Pangaea Ventures, L.P., a fund managed by Ortelius Advisors, L.P. ("Ortelius") that it has nominated six individuals to stand for election to the Brookdale Board of Directors at the Company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The Company had not spoken with Ortelius for approximately two years prior to receiving notice of its director nominations.
