(TSXV:DMR) (\n \n \n “\n \n \n Damara\n \n \n ”\n \n \n or the\n \n \n “\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ”\n \n \n )\n \n \n is pleased to announce that it has entered into purchase\nagreement (the \"\n \n \n Purchase\nAgreement\n \n \n \") to acquire a 100% undivided\ninterest in\n \n \n 203 map designated mineral\nexploration claims covering approximately 9,675 hectares located in\nthe Labrador Trough region of Quebec,\n \n \n (collectively the \"\n \n \n VanLab Property\n \n \n \").  The Purchase\nAgreement, dated December 22, 2022, was completed with two arm's\nlength sellers (the \"\n \n \n Sellers\n \n \n \")\n \n \n \n \n The VanLab Property\n \n \n \n \n The Vanlab property covers a portion of the Labrador\ntrough approximately 200 km northwest of Schefferville. Historical\npublic data obtained from the files of the Ministère de l’Énergie\net des Ressources naturelles-Québec indicates the presence of various\nminerals. The main potential interest includes vanadium, copper,\ncobalt and scandium. One historical sample reported 6% Vanadium\n(showing Surprise 2, GM41311). The result from this sample has not\nbeen independently verified by Vanlab. It is listed in documents filed\nwith the Ministère. The entire claim block has been surveyed by\nmodern airborne electromagnetics, magnetics and radiometrics. Vanlab\nobtained this public data from the ministry files and reprocessed it\nto identify specific targets for a 2023 field program.
