This symbol change is a result of the official company name change from Netoy.com, Inc. to SafePay Solutions, Inc. The company will remain trading on the Pink Sheets while a financial audit is conducted. However, SafePay Solutions has full intention of becoming a reporting company once that audit is complete.\r\n\r\nThis corporate restructure stems from Netoy's acquisition of SafePay Solutions, an online payment processor, earlier this year.
