(OTC Pinksheets: NTOY) announced today that it has formally changed its company name to SafePay Solutions Inc. A majority of Shareholders and the Board of Directors approved the name change on February 17, 2006. The Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was filed with the State of Delaware on February 21, 2006 making the change official.\r\n\r\nThe company obtained a new CUSIP number and a new ticker symbol has been applied for. \r\n\r\nThese major corporate changes stem from the acquisition of SafePay Solutions, an online payment processor, earlier this year by Netoy, which prompted a major corporate restructuring by the company.
