Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) ("Broadridge") today announced the closing of its offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2036 (the "Notes"). As previously announced, Broadridge intends to use the net proceeds of this offering, together with cash on hand, to repay its outstanding 3.400% senior notes due 2026.
