[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\nVANCOUVER, Nov. 28, 2011 /CNW/ - Brixton Metals Corporation (TSXV: BBB)\n (the \"Company\" or \"Brixton\") is pleased to announce assay results from additional drill holes at\n its Thorn gold-silver-copper project located in Northwest British\n Columbia.\n\n\nHighlights:\n\n\nOban Zone hole THN11-53 intersected 75.25 metres of 1.12 g/t AuEq, from\n 0.44 g/t Au, 14.75 g/t Ag, 0.91% Pb and 0.52% Zn\n\n\nLagavulin Zone hole THN11-54 intersected 15.83 metres of 2.68 g/t AuEq,\n from 1.25 g/t Au, 54.08 g/t Ag, 0.19% Cu and 0.20% Zn.\n\n\nCamp Creek rock float sample L559004 returned 40.7 g/t AuEq from 20.90\n g/t Au and 1,100 g/t Ag. (25 x 10 cm boulder of massive\n pyrite-enargite-tetrahedrite)\n\n\nMr. Gary R. Thompson, Chairman & CEO stated, \"We are very encouraged by\n these results as they continue to demonstrate the upside potential of\n the mineralized system at Thorn. Many high grade surface samples have\n been found on the property and we believe we will intercept these high\n grades in the core if we continue to drill. Therefore we are looking\n forward to further drilling at Talisker, Oban, Outlaw and Lagavulin as\n we continue to build on the resource, and work towards completing a\n maiden NI-43-101 compliant resource.\"\n\n\nOBAN BRECCIA ZONE\n\n\nHistorically, drilling at the Oban Breccia Zone returned significant\n polymetallic results. The most attractive hole previously was THN03-22,\n which intersected 77.8 metres of 2.67 g/t AuEq.  Hole THN11-53 was\n drilled to 366.36 metres depth at an azimuth of 360 degrees and a dip\n of -70 degrees. Four mineralized zones were encountered from 63 to 244\n metres, most notably the intersection of 75.25 metres which returned\n 1.12 g/t AuEq (0.44 g/t Au, 14.75 g/t Ag, 0.91% Pb and 0.87% Zn) from\n 168.54 metres depth.\n\n\nHole ID\n\n\nFromm\n\n\nTo m\n\n\n Interval m\n\n\n AuEq g/t\n\n\n Au g/t \n\n\nAg g/t\n\n\n Cu % \n\n\n Pb % \n\n\n Zn % \n\n\nTHN11-53\n\n\n63.61\n\n\n68.63\n\n\n5.02\n\n\n2.42\n\n\n0.23\n\n\n 102.02 \n\n\n-\n\n\n0.12\n\n\n0.57\n\n\nTHN11-53 \n\n\n104.52\n\n\n116.58\n\n\n12.06\n\n\n1.19\n\n\n0.30\n\n\n49.56\n\n\n-\n\n\n0.98\n\n\n0.42\n\n\nTHN11-53\n\n\n128.55\n\n\n132.55\n\n\n4.00\n\n\n4.28\n\n\n0.74\n\n\n129.73\n\n\n-\n\n\n1.45\n\n\n0.63\n\n\nTHN11-53\n\n\n168....
