Committee Change
British American Tobacco PLC announced a change to its Audit Committee, with Holly Keller Koeppel stepping down as a Non-Executive Director from the committee effective December 31, 2025. Following this change, the Audit Committee will consist of Darrell Thomas as Chair, Véronique Laury, and Uta Kemmerich-Keil.
