BPT PLC 4 July 2001 BPT plc ('the Company') The Company announces that N R A Denham, J A Fooks, C R M Kemball, P H Reddihough, N A E Robinson and P C T Warner have resigned as directors of the Company and D M Brush, R J Dickinson, S Dickinson and A Dixon have been appointed as directors of the Company.
