BRADFORD PROPERTY TRUST PLC 20 July 1999 The Bradford Property Trust PLC ('BPT') The Board of The Bradford Property Trust PLC ('BPT')is pleased to announce that Christopher R M Kemball is to be appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 6 August 1999 and initially for a three year term. Christopher Kemball, aged 52, is a senior Managing Director, Corporate Finance of ING Barings Limited, having previously held corporate finance positions with Baring Brothers, Dillon Read and Kleinwort Benson. He is currently a non-executive director of The Davis Service Group Plc and Control Risks Group Limited. Christopher Kemball does not currently hold any interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
