(OOTC:ANCCF) (TSXV:ACP) entered into a Letter of Intent (\"LOI\") with Eagle Trail Properties and Guinness Exploration (OTCBB:GNXP) (\"Guinness\") whereby Ansell was provided the right to acquire up to an 85% undivided interest in the Charlotte project in staged increments subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. (See Ansell release dated October 14, 2010 for further details).On December 22, 2010, Guinness released results of its 2010 trenching program on the property. The results as announced by Guinness are as follows:\"Trenches were cut at the Huestis, Webber, Cabin, Orloff-King, Dickson, and GRW zones. Trench results confirm or extend known mineralization at the Huestis and Webber zones. Trenches at the Cabin, Orloff-King, and GRW zones have successfully delineated new zones of gold and silver mineralization that is open to depth and along strike. In particular, trenching at the GRW zone identified gold and silver in structural settings similar to the Flex zone (although of lower grade), which was drilled earlier in 2010 (see news releases dated November 3, 2010 and October 18, 2010), and additionally disclosed the presence of copper in intrusive rocks that were identified in the GRW trenches.
