ACQUIRES ADDITIONAL LAND NEAR ROCKHAVENS KLAZA PROJECT IN YUKON TERRITORY\n\n Jun. 24, 2011 (TheNewswire.ca) -- Ansell Capital Corp. has entered into a purchase agreement dated June 22, 2011 with Aurchem Exploration Ltd. of Parksville, B.C., to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in and to 50 additional mineral claims (the Etzel property) located immediately to the west of, and adjacent to, Ansell's Discovery Creek property and Rockhaven's Klaza Project.Aurchem Exploration is a private corporation owned and controlled by John and Margaret Schneider of Parksville, B.C.Under the Purchase Agreement entered into with Aurchem, Ansell can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in and to Etzel claims for and in consideration of the sum of $835,000 due and payable upon Ansell completing due diligence on the claims. By paying $835,000 Ansell will have a 100% in the Etzel claims subject to a 1.5-per-cent net smelter return royalty.Ansell's proposed acquisition of the Etzel property will leave Ansell with an interest in a total of 357 full or fractional claims covering approximately 6,100 hectares of mineral prospective lands located in the Tintina gold belt, a 200-kilometre-wide and 1,200-kilometre-long trend which includes several significant gold deposits including Pogo, Fort Knox, True North, Donlin Creek and Shotgun.Jevin Werbes, President, stated: \"We are very pleased to have consolidated the Etzel property with the remainder of our holdings.
